Junagadh junior chamber education trust is the supreme governing  body of the N. R. Vekaria Junagadh junior chamber education studies, meeting of the trust of the trust is held periodically and policy and management related issues are discussed and resolved in the trust meeting as and when necessary. The president of the trust also made separate governing body for the mba course as per the directives of the AICTE and nominees of AICTE and Gujarat government has been included in the governing body. Frequent telephonic conversation is conducted as and when necessary with nominee about policy and procedure related matters. In addition to this at least one governing body meeting is conducted once in a year to discuss out all the policy and procedure related matters, which were taken on the agenda of the various trust meetings undertaken periodically with in the year. the president of the trust has also formed the  academic advisory body for the mba course and prominent personalities of the suarashtra region has been included in the body. The academic body of the mba college, which consists of all the teaching staff of, the mba college works under the academic advisory body of the Mba College. It is the tradition that meeting of the academic body is conducted periodically and members from academic advisory body are invited in those meetings turn and as per necessity and requirement.

The prime thing is that the institution is affiliated to Saurashtra University ,and is responsible to the senate and syndicate of the Saurashtra University . The institute thus is covered under the rules and procedures of Saurashtra University . Institution involves faculty and students in the academic affairs as per the directives of Saurashtra University . Chairman of the academic advisory body and the president of the trust have introduced some flexibility in the procedures us per the changing demand of the corporate world. Faculties are involved in the matters of the course settings, paper setting , and via voca examinations held by the Management Department and Examination Department  of Saurashtra University.
